Acceptable Use
You agree to use chematic-draw only for lawful purposes. You must not use chematic-draw to:
- Process or distribute data in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of any systems
External Services
chematic-draw includes an optional IUPAC name lookup feature that connects to PubChem. Your use of that service is governed solely by PubChem's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
chematic-draw is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, chematic-draw, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to Terms
